Conditions for Maintaining Award:

1.  The scholarship must be used within five years, commencing with the first academic year the scholarship was awarded.

2. The scholarship will be revoked if the student begins study at an out-of-state institution or does not maintain the 3.0 cumulative grade point average requirement.

3. To receive payment of the scholarship, the student must submit a FAFSA and TAP applicatin or a Scholarship or Grant application to the Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) by May 1 of each year.

4. The award cannot exceed the cost of the attendance.
