Remind employees to encourage customers to pay in-store and play at home.
They can download our New York Lottery app and use the ticket scanner feature to check tickets. As always, any winners of $600 or less are to be redeemed at your retail location.

Play it Safe
To help, the New York Lottery will be providing signage (floor tape and removable window sticker) to be used in your store. Use signage at the door and throughout the store to remind customers of a 6-foot distancing.
Remember to use best safety practices (hand washing and social distancing) when handling New York Lottery play slips and tickets.
Evaluate your space and adjust customer flow accordingly with markings or a physical barrier.

Lottery Equipment Cleaning Instructions
What you will need:
Lint-free soft cloth or non-abrasive wipes
Recommended disinfectant solutions safe for IGT products:
Household bleach solution (1/3 cup of bleach per gal. of water)
Isopropyl alcohol at concentration <70%
Clorox Disinfecting Wipes
Purell Professional Surface Disinfectant Wipes
Cleaning solution should never be sprayed directly onto the touchscreen
Cleaning solution should be less than 70% alcohol
Cleaning solutions with ammonia should not be used – they will damage the screen
Paper products are abrasive and should not be used on the touchscreen
How To Clean Touch Screens:
Press the [Lock] button to avoid printing unwanted wagers
Do not spray the screen directly. Spray on a lint-free soft cloth with water or cleaning solution
Wipe the surfaces with the appropriate wipes / cloths and approved cleaning products and allow them to dry
*The above cleaning method can be applied to other surfaces such as buttons, handles, etc. It is imperative that disinfecting liquids do not penetrate creases and openings.
