All information provided by this site or any mobile application is owned by the New York State Gaming Commission (the “Commission”), operator of the New York State Lottery ("NYSL"). Qualified players may register for a NYSL account to access NYSL Account Services. “NYSL Account Services” may include access to NYSL subscriptions, mobile phone applications, player reward accounts, second chance and promotional drawings and other services available to NYSL players.
This website and NYSL Account Services are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. This site and NYSL Account Services are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices set forth below. By accessing this website or using NYSL Account Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these provisions. If you do not accept all of these provisions, please do not use this site or register for NYSL Account Services. The information and material contained within this site, and the terms, conditions and descriptions that appear are subject to change.

All content on this site is presented only as of the date and time published or indicated, and such content may be superseded. In addition, you are responsible for setting the cache settings on your browser to ensure you are receiving the most recent data.
Because all servers have limited capacity and are used by many people, do not use this site in any manner that could damage or overburden its servers, or any network connected to its servers. Do not use this site in any manner that would interfere with any other party's use of the site.
MEANS OF ACCESS
This site is intended to be viewed by a conventional web browser with a screen resolution of 800 by 600 pixels or greater. Although you may use other means to access this site or a NYSL mobile application, be aware that the presentation of information may not appear as intended through other access methods, and you use such other access methods at your own risk. The Commission makes its best effort to maintain technology for mobile applications, but cannot guarantee or warrant that its mobile application development will be available for use on all platforms and devices.
PASSWORD SECURITY AND NOTIFICATION
If you have a password for access to non-public areas of this site, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your password. Accordingly, you should take steps to protect the confidentiality of your password. Notify the Commission immediately if you become aware of any problematic disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password.
The format and appearance of the pages contained in and on this site are owned by Commission unless otherwise indicated and are protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties. The information, materials and other content may not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, publicly displayed, used to create a derivative work, sold, or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Commission. No solicitation is made by the Commission to any person to use any information, products, services, or materials in a jurisdiction where such information, products, services, or materials is prohibited by law.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
You are granted a limited license to access NYSL Account Services and not to modify it or any portion of it. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any business purpose other than described above without express written consent of the Commission. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by the Commission.
If you use NYSL Account Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you register for a NYSL subscription or promotion, create an account, or submit your information to the Commission through its NYSL website, the Commission may collect the following from you:
- Contact information such as: name, date of birth, email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Last four digits of your Social Security number
For the purpose of ensuring lawful distribution of NYSL prizes, the Commission collects personal information, including taxpayer identification numbers (i.e., your social security number), to determine statutory offset liability for prizes over $600 pursuant to New York State Tax Law §§ 1613-a, 1613-b and 1613-c. Disclosure of personal information is also required to administer federal and New York State income tax laws for prizes over $5,000, including, without limitation, Internal Revenue Code § 3402(q) and New York State Tax Law § 671. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not create a NYSL account.
The Commission uses this information to:
- Fulfill your subscription request;
- Administer your account;
- Confirm you are eligible to play our games or participate in our promotions;
- Send you requested information or respond to your questions/concerns;
- Send you marketing communications, such as electronic newsletters or emails;
- Improve our website, marketing, and business efforts;
- Conduct research and analysis; and
- Display content based upon your interests
APPLYING FOR AN ACCOUNT
To apply for an account, you must provide all information requested on the registration form, including, but not limited to:
- full legal name;
- date of birth; and
- last 4 digits of Social Security number.
By applying for an account, you represent and warrant that you are:
- applying for an account in your own name and that you will keep your username and password confidential;
- using your own personal information;
- providing information that is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
- not prohibited from gambling, purchasing lottery tickets, or otherwise using this Website or this Service.
The Commission may require you to:
- provide additional information;
- provide copies of documents;
- appear in person at a designated Commission location or a NYSL customer service center; and/or
- change or update your account information at any time, including, but not limited to, username and password.
The Commission does not guarantee that an application will be approved or that an account will be registered within any specific time period.
AGE AND IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION
By applying for an account, you consent to the Commission’s use of any age-verification and identity-verification technology or method the Commission deems appropriate.
The Commission does not guarantee that its age-verification and identity-verification technology and methods will be able to locate records for every person. Your application will be denied if your age or identity cannot be verified. The Commission is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from denial of an application.
You understand and agree that a NYSL account is a discretionary privilege and that the Commission reserves the right to reject an application for any reason. The Commission is under no obligation to explain the reason for a delay in processing or a denial of an application. The Commission is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from any delay in processing or denial of an application.
PERSONAL INFORMATION NOTICE
To process your account application, you authorize the Commission to collect personal information about you. You authorize the Commission to use and release certain personal information, including your name, hometown and any photograph, video or audio recording, in any medium (including but not limited to newspaper, television, radio and internet), for purposes of marketing, advertising or other purposes of the New York Lottery. If you do not provide all or any part of the personal information requested, your application may not be processed. The Commission requires your personal information to comply with the Internal Revenue Code and Tax Law income reporting and tax withholding requirements and under the authority of Tax Law Section 1604 to announce Lottery prize awards. The Commission’s Director of Prize Payments is the custodian of subscription and prize records and may be contacted by mail at POB 7590, Schenectady, New York 12301-7590 or by phone at (518) 388-3370.
The Commission may terminate your access to this site for any reason, without prior notice.
CHANGES TO NYSL ACCOUNT SERVICES
Unless otherwise agreed, the Commission may discontinue or modify this site at any time without prior notice to you, and you accept those modifications if you continue to use this site.
