Forty-four-year-old Patrice Perry of Manhattan is New York’s newest Lottery millionaire. Perry won her $1,000,000 jackpot prize on a Diamonds & Gold scratch-off ticket.
Perry purchased her winning ticket at the Lenox Deli on Lenox Avenue in Manhattan. She opted to receive her $1,000,000 prize as a one-time lump sum payment totaling $493,771 after required withholdings.

Perry is the 78th New York Lottery player to claim a prize totaling $1,000,000 or more this year.
