Thirty-three-year-old Phillip O’Neal of Brooklyn is Kings County’s newest Lottery millionaire. O’Neal won his $1,000,000 jackpot prize on a The Price is Right scratch-off ticket.
O’Neal purchased his winning ticket at Sam’s Deli on Avenue U in Brooklyn. He opted to receive his $1,000,000 prize as a one-time lump sum payment totaling $493,771 after required withholdings.

O’Neal is the 68th New York Lottery player to claim a prize totaling $1,000,000 or more this year.
